Our story
After more than a decade working across boutique hotels and holiday homes in London, Freddie developed a deep understanding of what makes a guest experience truly exceptional and what holds most agencies back.
When he relocated to the Cotswolds in 2020, he spotted a gap that no one was filling – holiday home management done properly, from end to end.
Traditional operators were too rigid, transactional and fragmented. We’ve built Red Kite to be different – a genuinely full-service approach that connects every dot, so homeowners can relax and guests can feel truly looked after.
