At the start of every month, you’ll receive a detailed invoice summarising the previous month’s performance. This includes all income from bookings that checked in during that month, minus any operational costs (e.g., cleaning, maintenance) and our management fee. Payments are transparent and straightforward, giving you a clear view of your property’s financial performance, without any guesswork.
