What is the setup process?

We'll first get to know you and the property where you'll get to know us a lot better too. If we're both happy to go ahead then we'll meet you at the property for the Onboarding meeting. Here, we'll note all of the important details about your property, take photos to get your listing live. You will need to create your own Airbnb account (if you don't have one already) and add us as a co-host. We'll then take care of the rest and get everything ready for your first booking!

What do I get for the management fee?

Your management fee covers creating and optimising your listing, photography and writing attractive copy, create guest guides, including access details, handling all booking enquiries promptly, vetting all guests, helping guests with any enquiries 24/7 during their stay, coordinating all housekeeping and linens, optimising your pricing using our market knowledge and dynamic pricing.

How do I get paid?

Airbnb will transfer the funds direct to you net of our management fee, all easily configured as part of the co-host feature.
